LessPrep is currently sold as a one-time direct purchase. This page describes the refund policy for that current sales path.

Direct Purchases (LemonSqueezy)

For purchases made directly through the website, the following policy applies.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

•Your request is within 30 days of purchase
•The software fails to install or launch on your computer
•A verified technical defect prevents core functionality and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time

Refunds are not available if:

•More than 30 days have passed since purchase
•The software installed and ran successfully for its core workflow
•Your hardware does not meet the minimum system requirements listed at purchase
•You changed your mind after downloading and activating the software
•Issues are caused by third-party software, antivirus, or operating system configuration on your machine

System requirements matter: LessPrep is a Windows desktop app with local AI workflows. Please verify your system meets the listed requirements before purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the purchase confirmation email or by emailing lessprepinfo@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy.

Our commitment

If you have a genuine technical problem, reach out. We would rather resolve it fairly than leave you stuck with a product that does not work on your machine.
