End User License Agreement

1. License grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LessPrep for personal and educational purposes on a single computer.

2. Permitted uses

• •Create educational materials for personal, classroom, or clinical use
• •Generate worksheets, visual supports, stimulus cards, and learning activities
• •Use the built-in AI assistant for planning and support work
• •Use local AI image generation to create educational visuals

3. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• •Create illegal, abusive, or explicitly harmful content
• •Mass-redistribute the software itself
• •Reverse engineer or extract the source code
• •Use the software for harassment, deception, or unlawful purposes

4. AI-generated content

• •AI features run locally on your hardware according to the current product design
• •AI output may require review and editing before use with learners
• •You are responsible for determining whether generated content suits your audience

5. Data and privacy

• •Data is intended to be processed and stored locally on your computer
• •You are responsible for backing up your own materials
• •The public website does not claim that your created content is uploaded to us during normal use

6. Intellectual property

• •LessPrep software is the property of Thomas Wood
• •You retain rights to original content you create using the software
• •Bundled or linked model components remain subject to their own licenses

7. Warranties and disclaimers

• •The software is provided as-is without warranties of any kind
• •AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate in every context
• •Performance depends on your hardware and environment

8. Limitation of liability

• •Liability is limited to the purchase price of the software where permitted by law
• •Users are responsible for how generated content is reviewed and used

9. Updates

• •Updates may be delivered through the current direct distribution path or in-app update flow
• •Features may change between versions

10. Support

• •Support is available through direct contact channels
• •Response times and fixes are not guaranteed

11. Use around children

• •LessPrep is a tool for educators, parents, tutors, and caregivers
• •Children should not operate the software unsupervised
• •All generated materials should be reviewed by an adult before use with learners

12. Entire agreement

This agreement is the complete agreement between you and Thomas Wood regarding LessPrep and supersedes prior informal statements about use of the software.
